On August 23rd, Wednesday stars Joy Sunday (Bianca Barclay), Georgie Farmer (Ajax Petropolus), and Isaac Ordonez (Pugsley Addams) descended upon FAN EXPO Canada, treating fans to a sneak peek at Season 2 during a delightfully dreadful panel. Throughout the weekend, attendees embraced the blissful solitude of the Alone Zone (a doom room activation for the people-averse) where some lucky fans were surprised by the cast! The trio capped off their Toronto trip with a stop at the iconic CN Tower.

On Saturday, July 5th, fans of My Life With the Walter Boys were surprised by an appearance from stars Nikki Rodriguez, Noah LaLonde and Ashby Gentry at the Calgary Stampede rodeo, where the hit Netflix series is filmed. Taking the stage during one of the Stampede’s biggest events, the cast announced that the highly anticipated Season 2 will debut on Netflix August 28. Fans also got an exclusive first look at three new images from the upcoming season, adding extra excitement to the day’s festivities.

Toronto rolled out the red carpet for the premiere of North of North at TIFF Lightbox, where stars and fans gathered to celebrate the Iqaluit-filmed show, co-commissioned by CBC and Netflix in association with APTN.

Stars Anna Lambe (Siaja), Maika Harper (Neevee), Mary Lynn Rajskub (Helen), Braeden Clarke (Kuuk), Keira Cooper (Bun), Zorga Qaunaq (Millie), Bailey Poching (Colin), Doreen Nutaaq Simmonds (Elisapee) and creators Stacey Aglok MacDonald and Alethea Arnaquq-Baril reunited to watch Episodes 1 & 6 on the big screen. The event saw a vibrant mix of cast and crew, content creators, media, Indigenous community members, and passionate fans of the show. After the screening, guests took part in a lively Q&A, moderated by Indigenous activists and digital media creators Shina Novalinga and Kairyn Potts.

Toronto Pogues were treated to a Fan Event at Toronto Event Centre, which featured a surprise appearance from Outer Banks Season 4 stars Rudy Pankow (JJ), Carlacia Grant (Cleo) and Austin North (Topper), as well as a musical performance by Canadian band Arkells. Rudy, Carlacia and Austin joined Arkells and event host/content creator Torri Webster on-stage to tease what's to come in Part 2, share their favourite Toronto spots and request songs for Arkells to play during their set. OBX fans at the event also scored exclusive merch at the Kildare County Surf Shop popup, got temporary tattoos at Pogue Tattoo, and enjoyed fun photo ops.

Cooper Koch (Erik Menendez) and Nicholas Alexander Chavez (Lyle Menendez), the stars of Netflix’s Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, joined a live audience for a recorded radio interview hosted by SiriusXM Canada's The Breakdown with Allison Dore. The event, which was held at the Netflix Canada office in Toronto, was followed by a cocktail reception where attendees could dig deeper into discussions about the series.

Canadian Premiere

The Elgin & Winter Garden Theatres in Toronto set the stage for the Canadian Premiere of Bridgerton Season 3, Part 2. Stars Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton surprised the room of over 400 fans when they hit the red carpet followed by a Q&A session ahead of the screening. Afterwards, a select group of fans were treated to a Bridgerton Ball experience at the Windsor Arms Hotel; complete with Regency-era dancing, photo ops and a champagne toast with the stars.

Montréal Content Creator Tea

Montréal’s most dedicated Bridgerton fans and content creators were invited to a charming Bridgerton High Tea held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in downtown Montréal. Guests were treated to photo opportunities, a musical performance by award-winning composer and violinist Nathalie Bonin, costume fittings and, of course, an Instagram-worthy High Tea service.

Toronto’s TIFF Lightbox buzzed with excitement as Netflix took over the building to host the World Premiere of Code 8 Part II. Cinemas were packed with over 700 fans eager to support the cast and crew, including Canadian stars Robbie and Stephen Amell, director Jeff Chan, and co-stars like Sirena Gulamgaus and Alex Mallari Jr. The evening featured a hi-tech Code 8 carpet, exclusive fan zone and immersive experiences such as interacting with life-sized robot police and flying drones. After the screening, Global Morning’s Morgan Hoffman sat down for a lively Q&A with the Amell cousins and Chan, before cast, crew and select fans capped off the night in TIFF’s Malaparte for a post-screening reception.

Netflix thrilled fans with an advance screening of My Life With the Walter Boys in Calgary, the filming locale for the series. The evening unfolded with a vibrant ‘blue’ carpet media & fan appearance, where stars Nikki Rodriguez, Ashby Gentry, Noah LaLonde, and Marc Blucas shimmered alongside the series' Executive Producer Ed Glauser and Producer Chad Oakes. The screening concluded with a Q&A session with the cast, who shared behind-the-scenes anecdotes and their fond memories of filming in Calgary.

FAN EXPO Vancouver

Cast members from Avatar: The Last Airbender reunited at FAN EXPO Vancouver, returning to the city where the series was filmed. In attendance at the convention were Vancouver-native Gordon Cormier, fellow Canadians Kiawentiio and Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, along with Ian Ousley and Dallas Liu, all of whom joined the film's panel Q&A and surprised fans with a visit to the series' booth.

Canadian Premiere

In the evening, hundreds of fans gathered in downtown Vancouver for the Canadian Premiere of Avatar: The Last Airbender Episode 1. Cast members from the earlier FAN EXPO panel hit the red carpet before surprising fans with a Q&A intro before the screening.
